Midas

I scheduled an appointment to get my transmission for us. They recommend that I get a new battery. I agreed to get the battery. Upon picking up my vehicle, I asked them for my old battery. I was then told that they would have to charge me $18 for my old battery. Apparently they send The old batteries back to wherever they came from to get refurbished. I am very disappointed in this. I work in customer service, surely they could’ve waved the $18 fee. I will not get my vehicle serviced here ever again!

I’ve taken 2 different cars in the past six months. With my first one they basically helped me save tons of money since they were truthful and told me it wasn’t worth fixing since the Pilot I had recently bought was super rusted out in the worst parts of the suspension. I just got my Accord back from them today and they saved me again. Got a brand new starter with great warranty and guarantee. They fixed it before end of day which helps me a ton. They were able to diagnose other things that needed to be done so now that I can start it I can take to to a family friend for the major repairs. I trust them a lot with any type of repair or maintenance. They helped me out with a great discount. Staff is very well informed and helpful! A+++

A small repair shop (which changed my oil last month) told me that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I went to this Midas shop, where Shawn told me that the brakes do NOT need replacement. In fact, he showed me (on the car) that the assertions of the small repair shop were incorrect. However, Shawn informed me that the left front wheel bearing is making a slight noise, and will eventually need replacement. The full diagnosis fee was a modest $25.

This was my second time coming to Midas for an oil change, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted with respect, and my car was pulled in for service right at my scheduled appointment time. It’s reassuring to know that when you book an appointment, your vehicle will actually be serviced at that time. At the end of my visit, I was given an informative service sheet outlining the maintenance my car may need in the future. What I appreciate most about this location is that they aren’t “money hungry.” If there’s a serious issue, they’ll let you know, and if something can wait, they’re honest about it and simply keep an eye on it. Great job, Midas! 👏🚗

I came in here a few weeks ago inquiring about prices for an oil change and a few other issues with me car. Savannah took the time to let me know the rates and was very sweet. I booked my appointment then and there. When I got in for my appointment, Chris and Scott were working. I had them do a safety check since I would be driving my car down to Florida. Both of them were great! Chris took me out to my car to show me what was going on underneath, which I loved! They are very honest here and the staff does an amazing job. It’s finally nice to be at a shop where they don’t nickel and dime you. Plus they all have amazing personalities.
